As we carry on with our Minions week, I present some smart little sidekicks. This was my daughter’s final packed lunch of first grade. She wanted something to honor both her teachers, who loved the Minions and math respectively. Thusly, here are veggie Minions counting carrot digits. They know their numbers, and they are not afraid to use them. Watch out!
The Minions are silicone cups full of corn kernels. The details are done with freehand cut nori and white American cheese.
The side dishes are cocktail hot dogs, blueberries, cucumber slices, carrots cut into numbers, and a lone Girl Scout cookie from our last carefully hoarded box of Samoas.
Happy nibbling!
